One of the questions newbies usually ask is ‘‘How do I start making money as a blogger or website owner". 

If course I once asked the question when I started blogging. I almost decided ti quit blogging after months of

blogging without getting money. One of the things that ignited back mu passion was the likes of Linda Ikeji, Michael Dunlop, Jim Rohn and the founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg. 

The above-mentioned people passed through the quagmires of online business before they became popular. I have learnt their secrets of massive traffic (Traffic means Visitors) and that's what I want to share with you.

Any blogger, webmaster, online marketers etc who wishes to make money from the internet must be able to endure and have patience. Making money from the internet is not a day job. It takes months of investment and patience. 

Online business involves investing and also earning passive income. Personally, I can no longer count the amount of money I have spent just to improve my blogging skills. 

The more I spend money, the more I get traffic and the more my blog metastasizes. I can remember when I was still battling with traffic, for 4 months I have not even gotten up to 1k visitors. 

It was so appalling to me. After series of research I discovered that I have to improve my traffic before I begin to make money. 

This is a big secret every online entrepreneur should know. Don't think about making money as a newbie, rather think about how to write quality contents and get massive visitors that will read them. 

Then you can apply strategies to make money from these visitors by selling your eBooks, advertising their products, using AdSense and affiliate Marketing.

Any blogger who wants to monetize his blog or website must not do away with organic traffic. Organic traffic deals with visitors gotten from search engines like google, bing, yahoo, ask etc. Organic traffic depends on your content. 

Your blog will never be exposed to search engines if your articles is not of good quality. Search Engines want to offer articles that will satisfy their customers. 

Therefore when your articles are of poor quality, search engines have nothing to do with it. This happened to me when I started blogging newly. I wrote poor articles that is not even up to 150 words thinking that it will appear in google. 

This is one of the things that delayed my blog growth. I discovered my mistakes and then decided that my articles most not be less than 450 words, that's when google started fetching my posts.

Any blogger or online entrepreneur who doesn't have a social media accounts is not ready to get more customers. 

Having so many social media accounts with massive followers is another way to get huge traffic and improve your income. 

These social media accounts helps to draw your followers attention to your site thereby making then read and comment on yours articles. If you are new to blogging, I will recommend you to have

- Facebook account (Group and fan page)

- Twitter

- Pinterest

- Linkedin

- Instagram

These are the 6 popular social media to you grow your business as an entrepreneur and earn passive income.

Finally, forums can never be exempted when talking about getting massive traffic. Forums helps to refer people to your blog through your back-links. Some popular forums in Nigeria you have to join includes:
